"Easy pickup and super convenient"
I like ordering from cavenders.com because the store near me is really easy to get to, so picking things up doesn’t feel like a hassle. I usually just keep an eye out for the email saying my order is ready, then swing by when I have time. Parking has been fine every time too, and I always get my receipt emailed, which makes it easy to keep track of everything...

I had a little issue with my online order from Cavender’s and wasn’t totally sure if everything had gone through the right way.
Customer service got back to me quickly, and the woman who helped me was really nice. She was able to fix my shipping address before the order went out, which saved me a big headache.
My boots arrived just fine, and the whole thing ended up being much easier than I expected. I’d definitely order from them again, and I already told a friend to check them out. 5 stars from me

I had my cowboy hat shaped at Cavender’s, and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. The guy working on it clearly knew his craft and took the time to do it right, which I respect. I did end up waiting a little longer than I expected, but I’d rather someone not rush a job just to move people along. In the end, it felt like fair, honest service, and the hat looks good...

I ordered a pair of boots on cavenders.com and picked them up at my local store the next day. i was expecting something to go wrong because these store pickups can be a pain, but it was quick. The girl at the counter was nice, and the boots were actually ready and in the right size. Not much to complain about, which is rare. I’d probably do it again

"Great deal and solid quality"
I ordered a pair of boots and a shirt from Cavender's i’m happy with how it all turned out. I checked a few other places before buying, and the prices here were definitely better. Shipping was totally fine, nothing weird or delayed. The boots and shirt both feel nicer than I expected for what I paid, which is ALWAYS a win. No complaints from me at all, I’d shop here again.

I used a Cavender’s gift card online and it was super easy. Checkout was quick, the card went through right away, and I didn’t run into any problems at all. Happy with how smooth it was, now I’m just hoping the promised compensation for sharing my experience comes through too

I’d been trying to find a pair of Ariat boots in my size, and Cavender’s was the only place that actually showed them in stock. Compared to a couple other sites I checked, theirs was way easier to trust because it was clear about what was available.
I placed the order and got exactly the boots I picked out. it was a relief not to have it canceled later like I’ve had happen elsewhere...
